Hi, I’m Amy, the founder of Whisk & Spoon!

My love for baking started in my grandparents’ kitchen and grew through culinary school, years of professional bakery experience, and plenty of trial and error at home. I pride myself on creating rustic, mouth-watering pastries while holding myself to the highest standards of quality, sanitation, and hard work.

Whisk & Spoon was inspired by a perfect autumn day when I was enjoying a buttery pastry at a small bakery. In that moment, I knew I wanted to create a place that could share that same blissful feeling with others. Since then, I’ve poured my heart and hard work into building this lifelong dream—one pastry at a time.
